多謝你用「煩交」（下稱「本應用程式」）。下載或使用本應用程式，即表示你同意以下條款。如果你唔同意，請唔好使用本應用程式。

Thank you for using 煩交 (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. 本應用程式係乜嘢1. What the App is

本應用程式係一個賬單提醒工具，幫你記住幾時交數。佢唔會幫你付款，亦唔會連接任何銀行、繳費服務或者公用事業公司。

The App is a bill reminder tool that helps you remember when payments are due. It does not make payments for you and does not connect to any bank, payment service, or utility company.

2. 提醒唔係保證2. Reminders are not guaranteed

通知係由你部裝置嘅操作系統發出。系統設定、省電模式、重啟裝置、或者你關閉通知權限，都可能令通知延遲或者收唔到。你仍然有責任準時繳付自己嘅賬單；因遲交或欠交而產生嘅任何費用、利息或後果，本應用程式及其開發者概不負責。

Notifications are delivered by your device's operating system. System settings, battery saving, device restarts, or disabled notification permissions may delay or prevent notifications. You remain responsible for paying your own bills on time; the App and its developer accept no liability for any late fees, interest, or other consequences of missed or late payments.

3. 你嘅資料3. Your data

所有你喺本應用程式輸入嘅資料只會儲存喺你部裝置。刪除本應用程式會永久刪除呢啲資料，我哋冇辦法幫你還原。詳情請睇私隱政策。

All data you enter is stored only on your device. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data and we cannot recover it for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. 預設資料只供參考4. Presets are for convenience only

本應用程式提供嘅預設服務名單同繳費週期（例如水費四個月一期）只係方便你設定，唔代表任何機構嘅官方資料。實際繳費日期同金額請以有關機構發出嘅賬單為準。本應用程式同任何公用事業公司或政府部門冇任何關係。

The built-in service list and default billing cycles (e.g. water bills every four months) are provided for convenience only and are not official information of any organisation. Always rely on the actual bill issued to you. The App is not affiliated with any utility company or government department.

5. 免責聲明5. Disclaimer

本應用程式按「現狀」提供，不作任何明示或暗示嘅保證，包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性或不侵權嘅保證。喺法律容許嘅最大範圍內，開發者對因使用或無法使用本應用程式而引致嘅任何損失概不負責。

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. 知識產權6. Intellectual property

本應用程式及其名稱、圖示同內容嘅知識產權屬於開發者所有。呢啲條款並無授予你任何商標或版權權利。

The App and its name, icon, and content are the intellectual property of the developer. These terms do not grant you any trademark or copyright rights.

7. 條款修訂7. Changes to these terms

我哋可能不時修訂呢啲條款。修訂後嘅條款會喺本網頁刊登，並註明最後更新日期。你喺條款修訂後繼續使用本應用程式，即表示接受修訂後嘅條款。

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. 適用法律8. Governing law

呢啲條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
